Awwwwwww The last nice beach weekend of the year!

We had such a nice time at the beach this weekend with Bff's, the Meyers! We stayed at Gretchen's Brother's beach house at Pacific City and it was absolutely gorgeous! We drove on the beach and came up to these beautiful rock formations that we all had to take Family pictures at! I thought I would share of some of our pics this weekend.

Gotta LOVE the kids, they had to make a moment out of this! LOL!

T's first day of school!

Oh what a day that was, I was an emotional basket case and Tianna looked like a nervous reck and was like "now what do I do" It was so hard for me to just let her be and watch from the sidelines, but she did great and gave me the thumbs up and I left her there to begin a whole new adventure of growing up =(

I think back and wonder where did the time go by, really? It feels like it was yesterday that she was in pullups and dancing to her own little tunes. Casey and I were watching an old family movie of the munchkins and ofcourse we teared up and couldnt believe our eyes. But one thing we can say is how fabulous these two have been and such a joy to have in our lives! Tianna our sunshine and ray of light and Chase our air that we need to breath and force of wonderful nature! I thought I would share some of her first day at school pics with my point and click (she wouldnt let me take my big ole' camera, HA!)

Tianna wanted to take the bus her third day of school and was so excited!

And I also had to add some of Tianna and Mila's last day of swimming lessons catfish 3 class. They did a great job and such a fabulous time. They also got to go down the big water slide at the end of class.

Our baby boy is turning 3!!!!

Once again I had to share a funny little though coming out of Chase's little head... He wakes up this morning and says:

"momma I have talk to you about somethin.."
I said "what is it sweetcheaks"
"Momma, I saw a prince that was dancing and then he took my brain with him"
I said " he took your brain???" Where did he take it"

"He took it to the poopyhead place.. Haaa haaa haaaa"

As he laughs histerically and runs off!

What would I do if my mornings were full of no laughter and joy? my children make me laugh every morning and so happy!

Chase has been on this kick lately, well he says things like "I cant find my legs" or he lost his laugh? We haveto always be creative and come up with with an adventure to find the missing laugh or the missing legs! One time we asked what his laugh looked like to help give us a clue and he said it was green, so daddy brought home a green Monster toy figure from MOnster, inc movie. He says "Noo daddy, thats not my laugh!" so daddy was on a mission for this misterious laugh, and finally one day tickled it out of him and caught it and put it right back in! HA!

Chase is such a joy and always makes us laugh, no matter how bad our day may have been, he tends to just be the best little hugger or slobbery kisser! Here are some pics of him growing up! and stayed tooned for his 3 year pic!

Oh the things Chase says to me in the morning....

I hear these tiny footsteps running down the stairs as I am working in the office. Turn to the top of the stairs and I see my son with hair slightly parted to the side and sleep in his eyes. I said "Morning baby" and he says exactly this to me.." Mom, did you hear that?"
I said "hear what baby?"
" it was a bear, a honking bear" he says
"a honking bear?" I questioned
"a honking bear mommma with hunny" he says
And then he starts to look at me with a smile on his face and then says....
"momma Im hungry and I dont want my bear to eat my snacks"

HA! I had to laugh! oh the things my babies say in the morning that I truly cherish even though they make a bit of sense. These are the things that you should remember.

A new Haircut and being brave

Tianna got a great haircut for school, she is so excited for kindergarten she can hardly stand it! well momma can wait, thats for sure, it gives me goosebumps just thinking about her at a public school and I may even start following her bus to school and while IM at it, There is a house for sale Directly across from her school!!! HA!
Well the sun is out, its 7 pm and theres no settling down in this household, thats for sure! The kids thought they would be "brave" and even walk on the street (mommy right behind them ofcourse). I think I may have out the fear of god in them when it comes to strangers and roads! So they always ask, "mommy, can we go get our ball that fell in the road" it could be laying right there one inch on the actual road and they still ask me if its alright! THANK GOD!
call me strict or a worrywart, but this wont change atleast until their 20! Thought we would share in our adventurous evening.. Sorry it has been so long to post, holy moly its been a busy summer!

My Cheesy son, he does this little smarty pants face all the time, it drives me nuts and makes me laugh!
