WOW sorry we have been MIA

HA! I know I know we havent posted in like forever! but its time to post and my goal is to keep up with this thing atleast once every two weeks! so hold me to it, ok? We have had lots lots of fabulous things happen to the Huss Fam in the last few months. One of the big things is we bought a home back in Februrary after waiting for it for NINE months!!! after a month of remodeling and demolition, we are in and loving it! We are in the process of taking some more pictures ofcourse of the finished product but I thought I would just give you a little tid bit of what we were doing to it!

Then My Sweet Boy has officially graduated Preschool!! We are so proud of him! They had a Preschool graduation and sang like 10 songs and our little MOnkey knew all of them word for word! He was so proud of himself as well. Since his birthday hits the day after the Kindergarten cut off (Sept. 1st) he will be attending one more year of Preschool for his age group. here are some pics of his Grad day

I also wanted to share some shots of Tianna I took a little while ago, she is growing up so fast!! I cannot believe she is going to be in second grade next year! She did such a great job in school and ofcourse was the teacher's fave! we let her finish out the year at her school and she will begin her new school the new school year. We are so proud of her!

It has been raining like no other here in Portland but that doesnt stop us from pretending its warm out! this is what my son and I do on a rainy day, HA! water balloon fight

Its Snowing!!!

One of my goals for the New Year is to post more on the family blog and take pictures of our own family and today was the perfect day to start that! Chase & Tianna's best buddies came over today to play and they decided to go out and enjoy the snow and ofcourse attack us and eacvhother with snowballs and they also built a snowman! We absolutely Love the snow and love the calmness of it and ofcourse the smiles and laughter that come from our babies! Here are some shots I just took of their snow adventure!

SO we all decided it was time to get some pics of my own beautiful kidos, and Chase is overdue for his 4 year pics! sooo Chase was super excited to have a little photo shoot as well as Tianna. It was a gorgeous day out and we had to take advantage! We pulled out some of my vintage cameras to play with as well as an old suitcase. Chase is obsessed with this suitcase, he has a key for it and everything and told me he was moving out! HA! We got to the field right next to our house and started shooting. WHile I was grabbing a few of Tianna, Chase was playng with Daddy and fell on some thistle and it "stung" him on the neck and he was not a happy camper. So our photo shoot lasted a total of 5 minutes, yep thats right 5 minutes but look how beautiful they are and what can happen in just 5 minutes!

Summer 09

This summer has gone way to fast and now that things have sortof slowed down I thought I would put up some of our pics from this summer, sure they arent all pro but a girl cant be working all the time LOL they are straight out of my little point and click! HA! We had good times this sumer, Tianna was in Ballet, Chase had T-ball, we went camping several times up at Winchester Bay area, went to the beach, Casey and I went to Canada for a little trip and the kids stayed with Grandma Cheryl and Papa Jim and had a blast! We put an offer on a house, that was approved by the seller but now we are waiting for their bank to tell us GO!!! so we have been very excited!
